The flow meson of the original vacuum pump in a power plant is highly corrosive fluorine gas. Its end cover, impeller and pump body are seriously corroded. In addition to the combined effect of erosion and cavitation, the perforation phenomenon occurred only two months after being put into use. Finally, according to the results of our engineers' field survey, the DZ7731 silicon carbide wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating was used to repair the pump casing, which increased the original service life to 5 years.
DZ7731 silicon carbide coating is a brushable coating, which is a new product developed by our company for vacuum pump for 2 years. It is convenient to use and suitable for the repair of various special-shaped pump casings. Among them, silicon carbide additive is one of the most wear-resistant materials. It is combined with superpolymer anti-corrosion modified resin to achieve the dual effect of wear-resisting and anti-corrosion. The original pump casing coating needs anti-corrosion primer+wear-resistant coating to be applied in a composite layer, while the DZ7731 silicon carbide coating can be repaired by using only one coating, which greatly reduces the complexity of construction and makes construction more convenient. The thinnest thickness can be 0.5mm.
