2. After the metal skeleton of non-metallic expansion joint is completely cleaned of the floating ash, the corroded part shall be welded and repaired.
3. After the welding repair is completed, it needs to be polished and leveled, and the glass flake corrosion prevention shall be done after the primer is applied.
4. Install the fluororubber expansion joint skin, and the joints on both sides are firmly bonded with high-temperature rubber adhesive.
5. After installing the expansion joint skin, quickly coat both sides of the expansion joint groove with high elastic adhesive, and fill the high temperature and corrosion resistance and high elastic sponge polyurethane filler into the groove before curing.
6. Each layer of filler shall be sealed once until the gap of the pressing plate of the non-metallic expansion joint is filled. The top layer shall be carefully leveled with high elastic acid-resistant adhesive, and the thickness shall be controlled at about 3mm.
7. The joints around the expansion joint shall be coated with high elastic acid resistant adhesive with high elastic corrosion resistant adhesive, and the thickness shall be more than 3mm. It can be put into use after maintenance for 6 hours.
